Pricing policy – Baltijos Amerikos klinika

The pricing of the Baltic-American Therapy and Surgery Clinic consists of basic (basic) pricing, which is included in the Clinic’s price list for commercial services and a system of exceptions to the planned and approved basic pricing.

The Clinic’s price list for commercial services in the Clinic’s basic pricing applies in all cases to the person (patient), unless the person (patient) is subject to the basis (s) (case (s) set out in the exemption system).

Exceptions to the price list of the Clinic’s commercial services, when the price (s) of the Clinic’s services concluded on the basis of separate agreements are applied , are as follows (general groups of persons):

in case of personal insurance with private health insurance according to the contract concluded between the Clinic and the insurance company;
in case of personal insurance with the state health insurance according to the contract concluded between the Clinic and the ICD, the purpose of which is social and public needs, the availability of personal health care services to persons;
if the person chooses the Clinic Enhanced Service and agrees to pay the difference between the Clinic Enhanced Kit Service and the Basic Kit Service.
in the case of an agreement concluded between the Clinic and a third party regarding the payment / reimbursement of services for a person;
in the presence of an uninsured person from an EU Member State;
in the case of an uninsured person from a non-EU member state;
in the case of another discount system or basis;
in case of need of necessary medical assistance for a person (patient).

The specific price of the Clinic’s services applies to a specific patient , if this meets the criteria and grounds set out in the pricing, contract and price list .

NOTES:

The Baltic-American Therapy and Surgery Clinic does not undertake to provide discounted services;
The prices in the price list are indicative. The final amount for the service provided is calculated at the clinic reception after the service is provided.
In all cases, the scope of the medical service and its cost shall be discussed with the patient during the consultation before the planned service is provided, taking into account its complexity, duration, the patient’s state of health and any possible additional costs.
Prices for medical care (same procedures or the same treatment) may vary.
Prices for services provided at the clinic are subject to change at any time without notice;
The patient’s medical condition may require additional services or treatment beyond the specified ones, such as additional time with the same doctor, specialist, or other condition than expected.

Please note that all services are paid for at the Baltic-American Therapy and Surgery Clinic. In order to obtain exceptions or discounts, the Patient (or his / her Representative) must comply with the obligations and procedures set forth in the PRICE POLICY and the CLINIC’S INTERNAL PROCEDURES .
