Baltic American Clinic in Vilnius welcomes patients from abroad and English-speaking residents of Lithuania. Many of our doctors consult in English, and some also speak Russian, German, French or other languages – see the list below.

How to book a visit

We work 24/7. Family doctors also work on weekends, and remote phone consultations are available. Browse all services and all doctors.

Insurance and payment

The clinic has direct payment/reimbursement agreements with the largest private health insurance companies in Lithuania and abroad. Not all services may be covered by insurance, so please check the terms of your policy before your visit. For hospitalisation and surgery, payment terms must be agreed with your insurance company in advance. The insurers we work with are listed on the Insurance page.

When visiting the clinic, please bring your health insurance card, a valid passport or national identity card and, if your insurance company requires it, an insurance authorisation form or guarantee letter.

Questions about foreign insurance companies: [email protected] or +370 5 234 2020. You can also pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer – see Payment and the price list.

Documents in English

An invoice in English or Lithuanian is printed on request. If you need medical extracts in English or Russian, please let the administrator know: they are prepared within four working days.
