We diagnose and treat bacterial (impetigo, folliculitis, furuncles, carbuncles, abscesses, erysipelas, etc.), viral (herpes simplex and herpes zoster, molluscum contagiosum, warts, etc.), fungal, and chronic conditions (dermatitis, psoriasis), contact and allergic dermatitis, eczema, urticaria, and benign skin lesions (warts, papillomas, molluscum, seborrhoeic keratoses, keratomas, xanthelasma, etc.). We also perform the diagnosis and treatment of pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions, and moles using traditional, surgical, and laser methods. Additionally, we offer the diagnosis of benign, pre-cancerous/cancerous lesions, and moles using classical dermoscopy, a modern digital skin examination method – contact siascopy – and histological tissue analysis.

• Siascopy (spectrophotometric skin analysis)– this is a non-invasive diagnostic method for pigmented skin lesions, based on the interaction of light waves of different wavelengths with melanin, haemoglobin, and collagen up to a depth of 2 mm in the skin. Using this method, a database of pigmented lesions can be created for ongoing monitoring, i.e., tracking how a mole changes over a period of time (e.g., after a year). It is a quick and painless diagnostic method during which the doctor places a special device – a SIA camera – onto the skin lesion (mole), and within a few seconds, the internal structure of the pigmented lesion is displayed on a computer screen. This measures the amount of haemoglobin, collagen, and melanin (melanin in the outer layer – epidermal melanin, and at a deeper skin level – dermal melanin).
• Morphological skin examination – a skin biopsy is performed to clarify an uncertain dermatological diagnosis, as well as to diagnose pre-cancerous/cancerous lesions and moles. It is a reliable, safe, painless, and rapid diagnostic method during which a tiny sample of skin is removed using a special disposable instrument. It is performed in cases where the diagnosis remains unclear after evaluating the clinical presentation of the skin condition and conducting other clinical tests.

Laser dermatology procedures:

• We use lasers to remove unwanted hair, pigmentation spots, and vascular lesions.
• Laser hair removal is gentle and virtually painless. It can be used to treat individual hairs, for example, on the face or décolletage area, as well as large areas of hair on the legs, back, and abdomen.
• Using one of the world’s most effective lasers – PhotoGenica V – we effectively treat skin lesions caused by congenital or acquired vascular changes: haemangiomas, port-wine stains (congenital naevus flammeus), facial and body redness, superficial blood vessels, and red post-operative scars.
• With the help of a CO2 laser, we remove moles, papillomas, basal cell carcinomas (basaliomas), warts, and superficial benign skin lesions from the skin surface.
• To smooth deep wrinkles, we use dermal fillers – botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid injections. We also administer botulinum toxin injections for patients suffering from excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). Hyaluronic acid is used to restore skin moisture and elasticity.

Plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body:
