We want to make it as simple as possible for you to manage the costs of services. The information here will help you better understand the billing process.

You can make payments related to the healthcare services provided by the Clinic in cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Medical costs are often unanticipated and not all costs are covered by insurance. The Clinic is recognized by world known major international insurance and assistance companies from all over the world. We recommend you to contact your insurance payer before any hospital, clinic or physician office visit to find out what is covered under your plan and whether you will be responsible for any part of the payment. Please know that in certain circumstances, we can provide you with assistance that can make your payments more manageable. To make sure you are covered by your insurance company or to set up a payment options, you may contact billing department.

For the financial health of the hospital, it is our policy to collect all amounts owed after the services are rendered.

If the Clinic has an established agreement with your insurer, then payment conditions will be determined by that agreement.

To make your visit easier, remember to bring:

1. Health insurance card.
2. Picture identification, such as a driver’s license or valid passport/ID card.
3. Referral and/or authorization forms, if required by your insurance company.
