related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by delivering it directly to the address; by post; or by email, specified at the bottom of this text. Upon receipt of such request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than within one month from the date of the enquiry, provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. In such a case, within one month from the receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay. The Data Controller may choose not to enable data subjects to exercise the rights listed above, except for the objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, and detection of crimes, breaches of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
